Zeki Projects is a development management practice acting solely for owners. We hold no head-contract, sell no product and earn no margin on construction.
The practice was established to address a recurring problem on privately funded developments: the gap between the design intent, the contractor's pricing assumptions and the owner's commercial position. Closing that gap — through documented coordination, negotiated contracts and disciplined reporting — is the work.
Engagements are deliberately limited. Each project is led personally by a principal, with reporting structures calibrated to the way our clients run their balance sheets and boards.

Independence
No commercial interest in any building contract, supplier rebate or design fee. Our only commercial position is the owner's appointment.

Coordinated document sets, audited at each issue. The majority of variations originate as documentation gaps; we close them before tender.
