A multi-dwelling residential project delivered for an investor client with a fixed end-value target and disciplined cost envelope.
An investor-grade development on a constrained corner allotment. Zeki Projects led tender negotiation and contract execution, then ran the build under a managed-contract structure with monthly cost and programme reporting back to the owner.
The dwellings were standardised to a consistent finishes schedule, allowing the construction trades to repeat detail and reduce on-site variation.
