A bespoke residence in Brighton East, delivered through a coordinated consultant team. Zeki Projects held programme, cost and quality on behalf of the owner from tender through to occupation.
Particular focus was placed on natural-light planning, joinery detailing and the resolution of the rear pavilion — the elements that defined the project's design narrative.
