A row of architecturally considered townhomes delivered for a private development client, from town-planning through to defects close-out.
A multi-dwelling townhome development for an experienced private client. Zeki Projects ran the project from the late design stage through to defect rectification, with a strong emphasis on standardised detailing across the dwellings to control cost without compromising the architectural language.
Construction was tendered on a fully documented basis. The trade procurement strategy isolated long-lead packages early to protect the programme through the wet-season window.
