A meticulously detailed single residence on Richardson Street, delivered through a fully managed consultant and trade programme.
Sitting on a tightly proportioned Albert Park allotment, this residence demanded a delivery model that could hold quality, programme and budget in equal tension. Zeki Projects led the engagement from feasibility through to handover — running the consultant team, tendering the works and administering the build contract on behalf of the owner.
The scope balanced heritage character with contemporary planning. Joinery, stone and finishes were coordinated to a single document set, with weekly site reviews ensuring the architect's intent translated cleanly into the as-built result.
